OEM: we manufacture to your existing drawings or approved samples, optimising for manufacturability and cost. ODM: we co-develop new designs from brief through prototyping to production, drawing on our existing design library and R&D team. Both routes support private labelling and custom branding.
Pre-production (PP) sample lead time is typically 3–7 days for OEM and 7–12 days for ODM, depending on material availability and customisation complexity. Full OEM production lead time and ODM development timelines are separate — contact us for a project-specific schedule.
Yes. We hold product test reports including Prop 65, EN581, EN71, and EN1022, and factory audit certifications including BSCI, WCA, SCAN, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Relevant documentation can be provided to support retailer onboarding, bid submissions, or third-party audits.
Both sites operate under unified BOMs, process sheets, and inspection standards. Cross-factory first-article approvals and shared key suppliers for critical materials ensure consistent output regardless of production location.
FSC-certified timber and GRS-certified recycled materials are available on request. We provide transparent guidance on any cost or lead-time implications so you can make informed sourcing decisions aligned with your ESG commitments.
Standard production MOQ is 80 pcs. In-stock styles carry no MOQ requirement. Custom beach furniture MOQ starts from 500 pcs. For other categories or trial orders, contact us to discuss a tiered MOQ arrangement.
