To this end, we are currently doing the following measures in the production shop and outside the building:

1.Use high efficiency lamp(such as LEDs)

Total Investment: around 30000 USD
Cost saving:330,000 USD per year.
Saving electricity 3,360,000 kWh per year.
Reduced CO2 emission: 5292.8 Metric tons in total.

2.Add VFD (variable frequency driver)

Total Investment: around 90000 USD.
Cost saving:22571 USD per year.
Saving electricity 52000 kWh per year.
Reduced CO2 emission: 43 Metric tons in total.

3.Solar PV Project

Total Investment: 450000 US dollars.
Cost saving:43763.2 USD per year.
Energy Generated/Year(kWh) :957319.99kWh per year.
Reduced CO2 emission: 791.7 Metric Tons CO2 in total.

The above are our initial measures in the factory. In the future, we will continue to improve and add new production and environmental protection equipment as much as we can in terms of energy conservation and environmental protection.
