Service life depends on exposure and care routines. Our coastal powder coats, UV-resistant fabrics, and stainless hardware are specified for beach environments, and we provide maintenance schedules to keep assets in rotation longer. Third-party salt-spray and UV test data can be shared on request. With regular cleaning, protective covers, and periodic lubrication, most pieces can last 5–10 years in coastal conditions. We also provide maintenance schedules to help extend the furniture’s lifespan.

Regular Cleaning: Wipe the chair surface with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt and sweat. Avoid harsh chemicals that can damage the fabric or frame.
Protect from Extreme Weather: Store your chair indoors or under a covered area during heavy rain, snow, or intense sun exposure to prevent fading, rust, and material degradation.
Lubricate Moving Parts: Periodically apply a light lubricant to hinges and adjustable joints to ensure smooth operation and prevent squeaking or stiffness.
Use Protective Covers: When not in use, cover your tanning chair with a breathable protective cover to shield it from dust, moisture, and UV damage, extending its lifespan.
What kinds of certificates can you provide?
Yes. EN581 and REACH options are available by project. We can supply relevant test plans and third-party reports to match your bid or audit requirements.
For our beach products, we have Prop65, EN581, EN71, and EN1022 certificates. And for factory audits, we provide BSCI, WCA, SCAN, FCCA, OHSMS18001, ISO14001 and ISO9001 certificates.
MOQs are tiered for trials vs. standard runs. Contact us for a flexible MOQ strategy. You can get no MOQ strategy for the In-stock style. For custom-made beach furniture, the minimum order starts from 500 pieces.
Sunshine offers you free sample service. We provide free samples based on your agreed final design, mostly within 7 days. But for custom or OEM&ODM service, OEM takes 3–7 days, while ODM usually requires 7-12 days from concept to mass production.
Our complete samples allow you to determine if the design meets your satisfaction before proceeding with mass production. Typical sampling includes drawings and pre-production samples before pilot runs. Specific timelines depend on customization depth and material availability.
We archive approved material and color libraries per client and align suppliers accordingly. This supports rolling replenishment and multi-property expansions with consistent appearance.
We provide OEM services to manufacture products exactly from your drawings or samples, with a typical production lead time of 4–8 weeks. For ODM, we take concepts from trend research through design, prototyping, and mass production, usually within 12–16 weeks. Both options support customization, and MOQs vary depending on the project and product type.
For our beach products, we mainly use 600D polyester and 480G/600G textilene, which is most popular as required by our former clients, but we also offer customization on your demand, if you want by nylon or canvas, we can also arrange.
