Our self-built office building was completed.

SUNSHINE established its second production site and passed ISO 9001 certification.
2012
SUNSHINE established strategic partnerships with such international retail giants as Wal-Mart, Carrefour, Kmart, and LIDL, and set up a global business center in Shanghai.
2013
Named “Wal-Mart International Supplier for High Production” and launched several private brands such as SUNSHINE, SUNLN, SUNGLOBAL in overseas markets. Passed ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications that same year.
2016
SUNSHINE launched its lean production management reform and was awarded the title of China Quality Assured Credible Enterprise.
2018
SUNSHINE ranked 2nd in China for the export of outdoor folding tables and chairs and was awarded the titles of National High-Tech Enterprise and Made-in-Zhejiang “Quality Mark” Certified Enterprise.
2019
SUNSHINE celebrated its 15th anniversary, created a sales record of RMB 400 million, and was awarded the titles of Zhejiang Provincial Industrial Design Center, Hidden Champion of Jinhua, and Jinhua Internet-of-Things Factory.
2020
We established the SUNSHINE Testing Center, a CNAS-accredited benchmark laboratory in China’s leisure product industry, conforming to SO/IEC 17025 systems (CNAS). SUNSHINE American Branch was also established.

SUNSHINE established the first academician expert workstation, won the provincial enterprise research institute prize and other honors.

At SUNSHINE we’ve taken automation to a whole new level and we’re enormously proud of our two state-of-the-art production facilities. They’ve helped us reduce costs and lead time, and increase productivity and quality across all our ranges, meaning greater efficiency, less waste, and better prices for our customers. High quality and high capacity don’t always go together, but SUNSHINE has achieved just that: enormous production capacity and consistent high quality.
Quality control isn’t just about appearances, first and foremost, it’s about safety. Outdoor furniture needs to withstand long-term and repeated use in a tough environment. That’s why we place so much emphasis on our quality control program and invest so heavily in our testing facilities.
Exceeding all industry standards, including US California 65 Standard and EU EN581/EN1022, our world-class quality control center tests over 35 different safety parameters. Here’s an overview of what we test and inspect:
1. Raw materials, including all tubes and fabrics. Every yard of fabric and every foot of tubing we buy is inspected for defects before going anywhere near our production line
2. Semi-finished products, including all metalwork, powder coating, and sewing
3. Finished products, including appearance, impact resistance, and static pressure resistance
