Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is not fixed. It mainly depends on the product you want, the material, and whether you want to customize it. We want to offer you a more favorable price and also ensure that production is not wasted. Therefore, MOQ has divided it into several situations:
The first type is the basic ones, such as ordinary folding chairs and simple tables that are often sold. Generally, the quantity is calculated starting from “one pallet” – that is, the amount enough to fill a standard logistics pallet.
The second type is more complex, such as outdoor trolleys, integrated kitchen systems, and camp beds. This kind of stuff requires more complex molds. When assembling, several kinds of materials need to be pooled together. The packaging also needs to be specially made, and the production line debugging time is also long. So the MOQ will be slightly higher. 
The third type is the customized version, which refers to the situation where you want to do OEM/ODM – for instance, you need exclusive design, a mold that only you can use, or specify special materials.
This kind of MOQ will also be higher because from design to sample making, and then to specially adjusting the production line for you, all require spending money. However, there is one advantage: if the quantity is large, not only can the cost per piece be further reduced, but also the exclusive right to a specific market can be obtained.
We will combine your needs, such as whether you are engaged in e-commerce (perhaps fearing that the packaging is too large and takes up space) or offline wholesale, to help you calculate clearly: what quantity is the most cost-effective to order, what the cost is, and how much you can save. We will explain everything to you clearly.

We are well aware that rapid response and on-time delivery are crucial for you to seize market opportunities. Therefore, we adopt a structured project management process to ensure the predictability of delivery dates.
1. Sampling Lead Time

  • Standard time: After you submit the Final and complete requirements Brief, the typical sample production cycle is around 2 weeks or less.
  • Influencing factors: The cycle depends on the complexity of the product structure (for example, basic folding chair vs. the acquisition time of multi-functional trolleys and newly opened molds or specially certified materials.
  • Process guarantee: After the Sample is made, we will conduct strict tests. Only after you confirm the Golden Sample will we enter the mass production preparation stage.
  1. Mass Production Lead Time
    Standard time: After receiving your formal order (PO) and deposit, the mass production cycle will be determined based on your specific requirements and our current production schedule.
    Key influencing factors:
  • Order Load: Our scheduling is rolling. During the Peak Season, capacity allocation will be tighter, and the cycle may approach the upper limit.
  • Product complexity: For complex customized products or those requiring new materials, the cycle will be longer.
  • Origin: The bases in China (CN) and Vietnam (VN) will be flexibly adjusted based on your requirements and the current production capacity, which may slightly affect the scheduling.
  1. Commitment to transparency and certainty
  • Production scheduling Calendar: At the Kick-off of the project, we will provide a production calendar (Dated Production Calendar) with clear dates, detailing key milestone nodes (such as: material purchase deadline, production start, QC inspection, shipping date).
  • Early Warning Mechanism: We will synchronize the order progress in real time through the visual production schedule. When any potential delivery date anomaly occurs, we will immediately activate the anomaly early warning mechanism, communicate with you in advance, and formulate a solution.
  • Peak season lock-in: We offer pre-season lock-in and production scheduling services to our strategic partners, securing production capacity in advance during the peak season to ensure the certainty of your delivery dates to the greatest extent.

It is certain that the quality of the bulk goods will be consistent! After all, unstable quality will affect your return rate and brand reputation. We have a mature method to keep an eye on it, from the first item to over a million items.
First, determine the “standard sample”: The “gold sample” you sign to confirm before cooperation is the highest standard. The “pre-production sample” made from bulk materials and following the actual process before mass production must be exactly the same as the gold sample. After both parties confirm, the production line will strictly follow this.
During production, we pay close attention to key links: for instance, whether the welding is firm enough, whether the fabric is sewn firmly, and whether the folding mechanism is smooth. These key points that affect quality will all be inspected with emphasis.

What materials were used in each batch, who produced them, and on which day they were made are all recorded. In case of any problem, the same batch of goods can be found immediately and resolved quickly.

In simple terms, from setting standards to production, traceability and re-inspection, the entire process is managed by mechanisms to ensure that every batch of goods you receive is exactly the same as the samples you have confirmed.

After that, adjust according to the demand: If you want to avoid tariffs, transfer the designated products to be produced in Vietnam. The order queue in China is long, so we’ll switch to Vietnam to meet the delivery deadline. Moreover, there are unified operation standards in both places, ensuring consistent quality and craftsmanship, and no issues will arise during the switch.
It’s also simple to activate: For long-term cooperation, the framework agreement will clearly state the switching rules. When you report the order forecast, please specify the target market (such as the United States or Europe).
