Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is not fixed. It mainly depends on the product you want, the material, and whether you want to customize it. We want to offer you a more favorable price and also ensure that production is not wasted. Therefore, MOQ has divided it into several situations:
The first type is the basic ones, such as ordinary folding chairs and simple tables that are often sold. Generally, the quantity is calculated starting from “one pallet” – that is, the amount enough to fill a standard logistics pallet.
The second type is more complex, such as outdoor trolleys, integrated kitchen systems, and camp beds. This kind of stuff requires more complex molds. When assembling, several kinds of materials need to be pooled together. The packaging also needs to be specially made, and the production line debugging time is also long. So the MOQ will be slightly higher.
The third type is the customized version, which refers to the situation where you want to do OEM/ODM – for instance, you need exclusive design, a mold that only you can use, or specify special materials.
This kind of MOQ will also be higher because from design to sample making, and then to specially adjusting the production line for you, all require spending money. However, there is one advantage: if the quantity is large, not only can the cost per piece be further reduced, but also the exclusive right to a specific market can be obtained.

It is certain that the quality of the bulk goods will be consistent! After all, unstable quality will affect your return rate and brand reputation. We have a mature method to keep an eye on it, from the first item to over a million items.
First, determine the “standard sample”: The “gold sample” you sign to confirm before cooperation is the highest standard. The “pre-production sample” made from bulk materials and following the actual process before mass production must be exactly the same as the gold sample. After both parties confirm, the production line will strictly follow this.
During production, we pay close attention to key links: for instance, whether the welding is firm enough, whether the fabric is sewn firmly, and whether the folding mechanism is smooth. These key points that affect quality will all be inspected with emphasis.
Each batch of goods can be traced: key parts and finished products will be assigned batch numbers. What materials were used in each batch, who produced them, and on which day they were made are all recorded. In case of any problem, the same batch of goods can be found immediately and resolved quickly.

Our QA team will conduct a preliminary assessment within 24 to 48 hours, confirm acceptance, and provide an initial judgment. Then, within 7 to 10 working days, we will provide you with a complete cause analysis report, along with a specific rectification and prevention plan (CAPA).
Moreover, with our batch traceability system, we can quickly identify problem batches, raw materials, and production lines, thus shortening the investigation time. The solutions might be to replenish spare parts, replace products, or adjust the production process. This not only addresses the immediate problem but also prevents similar situations from happening again in the future.

Commonly used ones include material certification: products containing wood materials can obtain FSC certification, proving that the wood comes from sustainable forests. Made from recycled materials (such as recycled polyester), it has GRS certification and can be traced back to its source. There are also material composition declarations, such as compliance reports of chemical substances in compliance with the REACH regulation, and composition certificates of fabrics and plastics will also be provided. In terms of production, we can provide energy consumption and water resource reports under the ISO 14001 system, as well as certificates of solar energy installation and sewage treatment in the factory.
